Terms and Conditions (T&C)

1. Introductory Provisions

These Terms and Conditions govern the rights and obligations between the workout session organizer, Brutal kruháč (hereinafter referred to as the "Operator"), and the individuals participating in these sessions (hereinafter referred to as the "Participant"). By paying for entry, registering, or physically attending a session, the Participant expresses unconditional agreement with these terms.

2. Age Restrictions and Participation of Minors

Age Limit 15+: Only individuals aged 15 years and older may participate in the sessions independently.

Under 15 Years: Individuals under the age of 15 may only participate if they present a written approval signed by a parent or legal guardian directly to the coach before the session begins. Without this written approval, the participant under 15 will not be allowed to join the session.

3. Attendance at Own Risk and Waiver of Liability

Own Risk: Every Participant (or their legal guardian) acknowledges that they attend the organized workout sessions exclusively at their own risk, responsibility, and peril.

Health Condition: The Participant declares that they are in full physical and mental health, and are unaware of any medical conditions or restrictions that would prevent them from safely performing the exercises. The Operator does not assess or verify the health status of participants.

Limitation of Liability: The Operator, its trainers, and instructors shall not be held accountable or liable for any injuries, health damage, disability, or death occurring during the session or in direct connection with it.

4. Audio and Video Recording (Promotional Purposes)

Consent to Recording: The Participant acknowledges and expressly agrees that photographs, audio recordings, and video recordings of them may be taken during the sessions. For participants under 15, this consent is granted by their legal guardian (via the signed written approval).

Promotional Use: The Participant grants the Operator free-of-charge consent to use these recordings for promotional and marketing purposes, specifically for posting them on social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.), the Operator's website, and other advertising materials.

Privacy: The processing of personal data (likeness and voice) complies with applicable data protection laws (GDPR).

5. Final Provisions

These terms are effective as of the date of publication. The Operator reserves the right to amend these terms at any time.
